MSMEYug Tender Desk Tender Engine
Tender FitCheck™ — before you bid, know if you should

Upload a tender. Get a bid / don't-bid decision — not just a summary.

MSMEYug reads the tender, extracts clauses, dates, financial conditions and scope — then runs it through seven gates (relevance, eligibility, compliance risk, commercial attractiveness, competitive strength, execution risk, bid readiness) and a 130-point failure checklist before you spend a single hour preparing the bid.

Step 1 — Give it a tender

Upload the tender document, paste its text, or try a sample tender to see the full engine run.

Drop tender file here, or click to browse .txt / .pdf / .docx · scanned pages & photos (.jpg/.png) run through in-browser OCR

Historical benchmarks (optional)

Load a benchmarks.json built from real historical Award-of-Contract data (see build_tender_benchmarks.py) to ground Win Probability in actual past bidder counts and award values for this organisation, instead of a heuristic alone.

Nothing here is sent anywhere — extraction, OCR and scoring all run entirely in your browser. This prototype analyses the tender document only; comparing your prepared BOQ/bid against it is a later Gate-6 step. Note: OCR (for scanned PDFs and photos) needs the browser to download a recognition engine from a CDN — this works when you open the downloaded .html file yourself, but may be blocked by the hosted preview link's stricter network sandbox.

130-Point Tender Failure & Risk Checklist

Grouped by category. Auto-evaluated where the document or your profile gives a signal; everything else is flagged for review rather than guessed.

Tender Opportunity Score

Tender Opportunity Score = 0.30 × Qualification + 0.25 × Bid Safety + 0.25 × Commercial + 0.20 × Execution

Commercial and Execution intentionally exclude Strategic Fit, Buyer Relationship History, Supply Chain Depth and Manpower Bench — none of these are derivable from a single tender document, so rather than default them to a fabricated mid-score, they're left out and the remaining weights are renormalized. Add them back once you're tracking that data.
